This is the Death XIII Tarot Card

Its following my Hiroshima piece [link]

There is obviously a very dark, gloomy side to this card, and it can come up to indicate a death, but of course in day-to-day situations, Death is most often interpreted as indicating endings (and thus also signalling new beginnings), transformations and all sorts of changes and transitions, or as simply showing that it is time to let go of the past and move on.

A modern-day tarot is an interesting idea. Any chance you'll make a cardboard set of this? ;-)

I really like this one. Simple, yet effective. As someone who can still remember the Cold War mushroom clouds still make me shiver. The reaper is only a too fitting companion for them.

I have only one suggestion: Think about getting rid of the word "Death" at the top. It really doesn't need that explanation. It is a lot more descriptive than some of the other cards and they don't have any explanatory text. Apart from that I really like it.

But I want to make a cardboard set. The postcards on dA are cardboard I think. I will get a lamenated set done too. But first I will try to get the set finished. Im still working on a few of them. But during the next month or two/three/four hopefully I will get it done. I haven't got alot of free time atm, but hopefully after next week, I will, which means I there might be a chance I could get it done in a few weeks, if I work really hard.

Thanks for the feedback. I was actually thinking the exact same thing as you. I am gonna make another version this, without the death written on it ^^
